Steven S. Sadleir began his yoga training as a child and has taught yoga and meditation now for over 30 years. He also has an MA in economics. He apprenticed with Yogiraj Vethathiri Maharishi and is recognized as a Kundalini Master in this lineage from Madras, India.
Steven is also the first westerner to complete yoga tapas with Sri Sri Sri Shivabalayogi Maharaj in Bangalore, India, and now gives Shaktipat around the world.
He has written a best-selling book on world religions called Looking for God, and has lectured on world religions for over 20 years. Steven also has a half a dozen other books, including another best-seller called Wake Up co-authored with Deepak Chopra and Dr. Wayne Dyer.
He is the Director of the Self Awareness Institute, which was founded in 1985 and now has thousands of students in over 120 countries. Steven appears in two new movies Spiritual Revolution and Three Magic Words, and is the host of Enlightenment Radio.

We are all enlightening. Your reading is the sign that you are being guided, and as you develop this connection with this inner knowing, this inner self, this inner self becomes more apparent to your own mind. Most of you have already awakened. You are conscious of having a consciousness and are consciously evolving your consciousness. Less than one percent of the population has entered this state, you are on the forefront...you are at the lead of this evolutionary leap in human consciousness that is sweeping the planet.
So you are a few steps ahead of the mass of humanity that still has to realize this eternal truth, and each day you are still being stretched to yet a greater and higher level of awareness. Everything you experience is teaching you something about your Self, and is guiding you to fulfill your life purpose. But what is the next step for you? What is going to take you from the level of consciousness that you are vibrating at now, to the next level?
Our minds’ engage life from a sense of personal self, the programming of your mind, and as you engage other people, the media, and the energy in your environment you tend to attune or acclimate to those other energies. If those energies are negative, your energy field can pick that up. Most of our challenges in life are caused by dealing with the problem from the level of the problem, whereas if we shift our level of consciousness we gain a higher perspective, see the answers and get the insight and direction as if from looking down from above. Are you conducting at the level of the problem or the solution?
Once you've decided to raise your level of consciousness, you've got your bearing and have set your course. Now you have only to look for the signs and observe what resources come to you. I've been teaching this course to hundreds over the last five years, and so far everyone is getting it. They are recalibrating, they are connecting deeper, they are getting high from life and their connection with God. It absolutely works. I wish you could experience it.
